Our typical fee structure for advising on a company sale comprises:

Non-contingent retainer or daily rate fees, invoiced monthly or on milestones or for discrete deliverables (e.g. production of an Information Memorandum).

A success fee contingent on completing a sale, which is calculated as a percentage of the purchase consideration and is payable on completion.
Out-of-pocket expenses, invoiced monthly.
